Rubber Accelerator is composited by kind of Thidadiazole derivatives and inhancers,and other Auxiliaries vector.Rubber Accelerator work in with the 808 accelerant,add magnesia or oxyhydrogen magnesium as suck-acid agent  at the same time,then add the calcium oxide and aromatic oil and charcoal and so on stuffing.Rubber Accelerator can be used for polymer containing halogen as vulcanizator.for examples:CPE  PVC  ECO  CR  CSM  EVA. The rubber products which used Rubber Accelerator have the follow advantages: retardant.  high termperature. low terperature.Ozone resistance. Oil resistance.keep compression for long time and small deformaion.higher tear strength.The vulcanization speed of Rubber Accelerator is more faster than thiourea NA-22,and have more tearer strength than peroxidase vulcanization system.The Rubber Accelerator both have the advantages of thiourea and peroxidase vulcanization system.especially,it’s rubber can be dieless sulfide and can use aromatic oil which is very cheap  to the plasticizer.but the thiourea and peroxidase vulcanization system can’t. Rubber Accelerator not only can be used in rubber-base polymer containing chorine elastomer vulcanization,but also can be used to thermoplastic elastormers vulacanization crosslinking. It can be used to copolymer and polymer vulcanization crosslinking. It is sutiable for all kinds of rubber.
